Rebecca Quinn,
Chief Deputy Voter Services

Quinn is responsible for directing the effective operations of the voter services department and the elections office budget, administrative and human resources functions. She is also responsible for the staffing and training of all election personnel and is our bilingual coordinator. Quinn has a Bachelors Degrees from the University of Central Florida in Public Administration, and Sociology (with a minor in Spanish). She has worked for the elections office since January, 2006.

Laurie White,
Chief Deputy Election Services

White directs the operations of the elections services department, which prepares for and conducts efficient elections. She is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the election systems and voting tabulation equipment, as well as polling place administration. White is a veteran of the United States Army and has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Central Florida.

Charlene Pike,
Candidate Services Manager

Pike is a native of Seminole County. She is the office's liaison to local candidates, assisting them with the process and required reports. She manages administrative services including financial and personnel activities, and is the primary office administrator. Pike has been employed by the Supervisor of Elections office since 1998.

Jill Branding,
Voter Services Manager

Branding, a resident of Seminole County since 1973, is responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the voter services function. She manages the work-flow of the voter services clerks, the friendly faces who greet you in the office. Branding, a graduate of the University of Central Florida, has worked for the Seminole County Elections office since 2003.

Helen Ehrgott,
Voter Outreach Manager

Helen Ehrgott

Ehrgott is responsible for facilitating voter registration and community education events. She implements tactics which will increase the number of registered voters in Seminole County and is in charge of outreach and education programs to organizations throughout the community. She has a bachelors degree from Georgia State University in Political Science with a minor in Spanish.
